Silent Tears
Silenty weeping
Over the unkept promises of yesterdays life
In the depths of my heart
Reality slowly turns it's knife
Silently sighing
Over the meaningless words spoken
In the depths of my soul
I'm left alone and broken

Hidden behind a smiling face
I secretly cry
Trapped inside this cold cruel place
Where I slowly die
From the starvation of love

Silent tears fall like rain
A downpour of heavy emotion
My heart cries in endless pain
No one hears my cries
I'm lost in a stormy ocean
Where the winds and waves drown my sighs

Torn by my lovers lies
A beauty so overwhelming
It blinded my eyes
A painted smile upon her face
But her heart was black

In the corner of this bar
I swallow my miseries alone
In the depths of this whiskey glass
Lies the tears of my unheard moans
Fiery-ice, liquefied annihilation
Madness on the rocks
Death awaits me patiently
Cause in hell time has no clocks

Beyond this physical realm
My spirit surrounded by haze
Possessed by evil and darkness
Lost within this circular maze
Trapped inside this whiskey glass
Spiritually I'm caged
Physically  I 'm slowly dying
Mentally I've become deranged

Scattered thoughts, shattered emotions
Uncontrolled by this deathly crave
Never had two feet to stand on
Born with one foot in the grave
Slowly my spirit burns
