I guess it is so strange to see a summer flower now with all these bitter cold temps we been having which I might add I enjoy as the last few winters were mild and I love the cold but I had forgotten that I had taken this shot just before the summer ended as most of the flowers were dying so I thought I would catch this last one as I knew it would be a while before they would start blooming again. However there is this lady in the neighborhood that grows such lovely flowers in her yard and they are always huge and so pretty and they always seem to be standing straight up towards the sun so I am always happy to get a close up of them. I like the pretty design in this one don't think I seen anything quite like it and I certainly don't know the name of this one but I hope you all like it.
